Boarhanger is a compact and robust solution that makes handling game in the field significantly easier.

No more dragging heavy animals through the forest or making extra trips to transport remains back and forth. Everything can be handled directly in the field.

Made from aluminum, foldable, and compact enough to fit in your backpack (or stay in your vehicle at all times), Boarhanger is always ready when you need it.

It attaches quickly and easily to a tree using the included strap, creating a stable hanging point for safer, more controlled field dressing. The included gambrel is fixed to the arm, preventing the animal from spinning or swinging during handling.

About Us

Boarhanger is a Swedish innovation company founded by David Löfstedt and Anders Olsson — two hunters with extensive experience in engineering, mechanics, sales, and real-world hunting.

During the 2022 hunting season, we identified a clear need for a simpler, cleaner, and more ergonomic way to handle harvested game in the field.
The result was Boarhanger — a lightweight, portable, and highly user-friendly suspension system that makes post-shot handling smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable.

Our Idea

Hunting is passion, tradition, and responsibility.

But handling harvested game is often physically demanding and carries a high risk of meat contamination. Field dressing on the ground increases that risk and creates poor working conditions for the hunter.

Boarhanger solves this by providing a system that:
